Introduction

TryOnSpot is a virtual try-on and product visual studio. This policy explains what we collect when you generate images or video, buy credits, or use the free background remover.

Information We Collect

1. Account details — name, email, and sign-in identifiers.
2. Uploads — photos you send for try-on, background tools, product shots, and video. We send them to our generation provider (Fal) to run the model you picked.
3. Usage — which tool you ran, credit charges, IP address for free-tool abuse limits, and basic device data.
4. Payments — handled by third-party processors. We do not store full card numbers.

How We Use It

• Run the generation you asked for, poll for the result, and refund credits if the job fails or times out.
• Enforce daily and same-IP limits on the free background remover.
• Bill credit packs and keep a history of your results while your account exists.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Images and prompts go to Fal so the model can run. Payment processors see billing data. We may share information to comply with law or stop abuse.

Retention

Account data stays until you delete the account. Generation history can be removed from your History page or by contacting us. Free background-remover rate-limit records expire within two days.
